A phrase used by high school aged sluts that has nothing to do with running. In fact, no one knows what it really means, except it is a horrible use of grammar and anyone who uses said phrase is sure to look like a complete tool. It is mostly used as a way to seem superior to others, but in turn makes the user look incredibly stupid.
