A region in the U.S. that consists of Washington state, Oregon, California, and Hawaii that is so fucked up that it should just split away from the rest of America. People there have their heads so far up their asses that they cannot see. WA is northern Fucktardistan, OR is central Fucktardistan, CA is southern Fucktardistan, and HI are the islands of Fucktardistan.

1. A country so backward and so full of fucktards that military intervention, humanitarian aid and infrastructure repair can't even help it's citizens pull their heads out of their asses.
My buddy's National Guard unit just shipped out for Fucktardistan. I only hope he doesn't get taken out by an I.F.D.(Improvised Fucktard Device)!
