3 or more God-Damn Independent (GDI) college students that live in a house (or townhouse) consisting of residents that: have parties that do not involve rape, consistently mock frat boys, do not give away alcohol to anyone including women (unless warm, opened for a week beer), turn down herpes for grades, respect themselves, will kick women out who expect free alcohol and attention, sleep on the couch instead of walking to bed purely out of laziness, are employed, proudly wear GDI shirts on campus, and live as well as attend a college university.
