Fruit and vegetable based meal replacement made with total health and taste in mind

A huge fan of the smoothie, however, I cannot in the best conscience refer to my emulsions as “smoothies”.
My Kindle runnith over with Nutritional textbooks, articles, and recommendation. The more I learn the more I tweak and re tweak.
I am not a fan of self deprivation, so my fruiggies taste great; of course my taste buds are now on the alert to reject sugar…
3 dates softened in coconut milk
1 cup coconut milk

Blend these together until smooth
Add
2 carrots
Big Handful of baby kale at least 2 cups compressed
Heaping Tbs almond butter
Chopped ginger fresh one inch or 1/4 tsp ground
1/2 tsp all spice…again…sooooo good for you
1 tsp to 1 Tbs cinnamon…your taste
Nutmeg to taste…I add 1 tsp so good for you
1 scoop hemp protein powder …you can use your favorite vanilla protein powder if you prefer
1 frozen banana
A few ice cubes. Optional..I like mine thick so I do not use
Process mixed fruiggie and chill til ready. I use a tall mason jar, easy to drink or spoon from and spill proof in the lunch box!
