Flexeril:

USES: Muscle Relaxer.
DOSAGE: 5mg or 10mg 3 x daily as prescribed.

CAUTIONS: Addictive. Short term use not to exceed 2-3 weeks unless directed by your doctor.
OVERDOSE: Or a severe interaction can cause prolonged CNS, cardiac, or respiratory depression. **OVERDOSE CAN BE FATAL**
