Fan Candy
An edible gift sent to a company from a fan. Typically takes the form of nuts, chocolate or mixed treats. Employees are often hesistant to eat it at first but that hesistancy subsides once the afternoon snack cravings kick in.
Coworker 1: "Hey, I am going to run to the vending machines, you want anything"
Coworker 2: "Didn't you hear, someone sent us some fan candy! Why don't you just hit that?"
Coworker 1: "Ahhh, I don't know...what if they poisoned it or something?"
Coworker 2: "Relax, you are paranoid. They sent chocolate covered coffee beans and curried nuts. I've been eating them all afternoon!"
Coworker 2: "Didn't you hear, someone sent us some fan candy! Why don't you just hit that?"
