is the cause and result of Kyohei Kaneko. a bunch of really hot guys decided to start a band... for no particular reason than to prostitute their looks.
they look like bonsai kittens fed through a straw, but with talent. of course when they are young they have their good looks but when they get older they'll lose them, then their career ends so they dont know what they are doing, are immature and the laughing stock of kyohei kaneko.
i think the real origin of their name FLAME is that they are extremely stupid. they state the obvious, and the result is so deafening it is called the flame of the ear.
no one (and heaven forbid if i know) knows why they are like that. why FLAME? why start a band? why be talented and can sing? why put up pics of themselves looking like free-range animals? and why base everything on their looks. when they dont even have a girlfriend
but the end is this: they do exist.
FLAME's so cooL! that they aren't hot
well warning that is if a guy is from FLAME he will devour your soul. so stay away
if FLAME reads this tell them i didn't write it
oh their new music video is out. it looks cool. and FLAME members directed produced acted sang wrote and played it... geez they're talented

Although flames often get out of hand, they have a purpose in the ecology of cyberspace. Many flames are aimed at teaching someone something (usually in overstated language) or stopping them from doing something (like offending other people). Flame messages often use more brute force than is strictly necessary, but that's half the fun.
Netiquette does ask that you consider the art of flaming before pulling out the flame-thrower.
"This 'users are idiots, and are confused by functionality' mentality of Gnome is a disease. If you think your users are idiots, only idiots will use it. I don't use Gnome, because in striving to be simple, it has long since reached the point where it simply doesn't do what I need it to do." (...) "Gnome seems to be developed by interface nazis, where consistently the excuse for not doing something is not 'it's too complicated to do', but 'it would confuse users'."
