This is a Luganda word meaning the female part of the woman most known as the vagina. Luganda is a language most poken in Uganda by the Baganda. Emana is a collective part for the woman's anatomy for that case. It comprises of Enfuli(Labia), Omusino(the clitoris) and may be Ebiza(the pubic hair)
