A spin off of the term "element," used to describe someone at the bottom of the totum poll of the Hispanic heritage. An element is a term which is used to describe a person of African American heritage. It became famous when Chris "Mad Dog" Russo went off on a rant after the shooting involving Pacman Jones at the 2007 All-Star Game in Las Vegas. Plural: ELEMENTOS "The elementos outside of the bodega robbed that poor old lady."
