To be "Dyssimic" means to have "Social Dyslexia". That is, saying the wrong thing at the wrong time, and not reading the situation you are in at all properly, generally acting like a tool in social situations. "Man, that gut with a bucket on his head, and a poodle under his left arm has a severe case of Dyssimia. But what a great turn out to the funeral...."
