Derived from a popular and crude sexual maneuver practiced in the heavily Dutch area of Grand Rapids, Michigan. This involves anallingus with the traditional "raspberry maneuver", often used to ammuse babies by "raspberrying" the bellybutton, and a side to side head motion.
