A sarcastic answer to a question with an obvious yes. Referenced in The Big Lebowski. The reversal of the two words makes the phrase hilarious.
Oh, and I'm not Catholic... but I'm high. "Does the Pope shit in the woods." or "Does a bear wear a funny hat?" are both examples of phrases to use to be like the dude.
