This term refers to couples that engage in deviant sexual acts and practices for physical pleasure and/or a psychological thrill. The sexual acts and practices may involve other people, animals, and/or inanimate objects. Also, they may be consensual/non-consensual, distressing, extremely dangerous, disturbing, and/or socially inappropriate. Dirty Monogamy includes (but not limited to): Voyeurism Exhibitionism Frotteurism Fetishism Pedophilia Masochism Sadism Transvestism Zoophilia Necrophilia Paraphilia NOS Examples of Dirty Monogamy are Couples that practice "swinging" or "mate-swapping", having sex in public places, performing BDSM, or role-reversal/role-playing.
