Mainly Mexican Cartel's "American" term when being called out to give your side of what actually happened, face to face with, usually your live on the line. Other Organizations/Street Gangs etc. Anywhere that A'int calling the Police Use this term as well to handle inhouse issues.

If you find yourself in the real "Dirt Floor" Court room the only policy is to be 100% truthful, and you still might not make it out. The hardest thing to do for some people is to own up to it.
