A head with a hairdo which is twisted as if it has been blown by the wind. It looks like the top of the head is a turntable twisting the rest of the hair out of shape. Generally if your hair looks like this it needs cutting or restyling! Howard's a right deck head, this morning I asked him if he liked vinyls and he agreed.
