A creature-like creature with frightening eyes who happens to love cookies. Not to be confused with the yogurt.

Danion

Typically a masculine given name, "Danion" is mostly likely of Greek, Latin or Hebrew origins (like the more popular "Damon" and "Damion"). As his name's Mediterranean roots would suggest, Danion bears an Italianate physical appearance, with dark curly hair, brown/hazel eyes, and olive skin. He stands at average height and build, and will often hide his dishevelled hair beneath a hat. He is self-conscious and insecure, tending to wear baggy clothes in an attempt to conceal his figure. He really likes water, so don't take him to the beach when you're trying to get to know him -- unless you're willing to drive in after him. He doesn't swear unless he's angry or distressed. He hates liquorice, but loves carrot cake. He has a beautiful laugh. He has a hard time trying to express himself verbally, so... He doesn't, perfering to bottle up. While kind and genial, Danion is reserved and tends to keep people at arm's length. Earning his trust is a long, trying process -- like befriending a feral cat, it requires a lot of patience and understanding. Beneath his distant and distrustful exterior lies a sensative and sensual core; a fragile heart that has been broken too many times to be given freeily and readily.
