Counter Sarcasm or "Advanced Sarcasm" is a defense mechanism used by highly trained sarcastic people to counter another persons sarcastic remark by responding to it as if what they just said was actually true. Waitress: **walks up to table in her uniform with a pad and pen in her hand.**
Customer: Good morning, are you my waitress? Waitress: No, i'm just standing here looking pretty!(sarcastically) Customer: Oh, so who's going to take my order then? (Counter Sarcasm) LOL |
