A comcaneurysm is an abnormal bulge or “ballooning” in the wall of an artery caused by the MORONS and the IMBECILES at Comcast. "omfg...omfg...OMFG...my internet has been down for 3 days. Comcast said they would come out and fix it yesterday...then they said today from 8am-3pm....it's 4 PM...they are giving me a comcaneurysm!"
