Cigany means Gypsy, in a few Easter European languages, mainly in Hungarian, Serbian and Romanian.
Gypsies crime rate is outrageous, and they usually mug/jump people in gangs on the streets.

They look middle-east, very similar to Persians. Use cation if you see them!

Saying Cigany to a gypsy is like saying Nigger to a black person. Practice it carefully!
