Cherry fanny

The itching, sore, chaffed sensation around the anus, specifically the adjacent butt cheeks, as a result of improper wiping post bowel movement or anal leakage.

I either have a nasty case of cherry fanny or there is a piece of sand paper lodged in my crack.
