'cerwinceadence' <--- However you spell it! Although there is some controversy when it comes down to the definition. As someone I know seems to think it means penis, which is does not I will have you know. To clarify this confusion I typed 'cerwinkledinkle' into urban dictionary finding nothing, therefore resulting in this definition being created!;)
