One's way of describing the spotting of a female celebrity displaying a deep cleavage.

Steve: "So, did you end up going to the Oscars?"
Glenn: "Yes, I did"
Steve: "How was it?"
Glenn: "Well, it was horrible but at least I got to see a lot of celebritits"
