Cat Sanctuary

A safe haven for cats usually run by old men who have no hope for the future and are forever alone with nobody to keep them company except for those cats who will soon grow old and pass without him. Sad thing, cat sanctuaries.

Also known as a place where hopes and dreams are either fulfilled or killed
