1:A bongwipe is a term used to describe someone who smoked too much weed, or other drug, and is now as dumb as a bong. 2:Another way to say "asswipe" or "dumbass". 3:A moron that would be king, if stupidity was a form of currency or respect. I tried to teach that bongwipe how to play, but would get 21 and just keep hitting!
