The term "Bilau Rat" comes back from the year 2003 where it was originally desribed as "Burghh" in which the person would make a loud gr sound. 3 years on and the Phrase " Bilau Rat" Was produced. it is belived to mean something good, and can be used to describe significant comments and other brilliant actions or descriptions.
