To get angry when a player/person you were banning on a game server quits out or the game ends before you finish typing. The person being banned is usually well deserving of both the ban and a swift kick to the groin if you were ever to meet them! Not to be mistaken for Rage Ban. I've got Ban Rage, that little f@#$£r quit before I could ban him.
