The hidden metropolis of Cambria County. Between Johnstown and Altoona is a town that has a larger crime record then both those cities combined, and yet has no police force.
Due to its weak presence, It is considered by many as the coal dumps. What was once a successful coal mining town has now become a cesspool for drug dealers and rednecks who ride their quads on the old rail beds. Where a romantic view is on top of a boney pile and where the sportsmen clubs are nicer than most of the houses. The towns largest employer is a methadone clinic, Weber's meat market is the diamond of the dump, Child predators lurk the streets at night and people who are too poor to afford shoes.
The water supply glows of orange runoff at night from the abondoned mines, and suprisingly has not been on the Colbert report.
Father, "Where shall we go on vacation this year"

Father, "I'll get the quads"
