The temperature of matter defined on the Kelvin scale when all matter stops, possesing no Potential or Kinetic energy. Equivalent to -459.67 Fahrenheit, and -273.15 Celsius. Technically we have never reached this state of matter but have became within a billionth of a degree from it. My Science Professor taught me all about Absolute Zero but come to find out its not even real in this day in age.
