A gang that has thrived in Rowland Heights for years. Originally Known for their gruesome Rhymes and Lyrics but quickly turned in to a violent group that some would describe as devastating. Their Territory is mostly east side Rowland Heights ranging from Colima to pathfinder and Brea Canyon Cut off to Nogales Street. You can Often Catch them playing Dominoes or Call of Duty. They Like to do everything high. One time someone asked them what 3PC meant. That someone has not been found to this day.
