An outfit consisting of "work-out style" clothes and shoes; often used when committing armed robbery because out running the cops is made easier.
"211" is the LAPD's sign code for armed robbery. Hence the 211 suit. Yo that dude in line at McDonalds was up to no good in his 211 suit.
