1900s Aero

A variant that fuses Frutiger Aero’s glassy, nature‑connected optimism with the aesthetic of the 1900s—Victorian industrialism, the rise of the department store, and the first gleaming visions of technological progress. 1900s Aero features polished brass, ornate ironwork, and large glass panels that were once marvels of engineering. Nature is represented through elaborate botanical illustrations and the idealized parks of the City Beautiful movement. The aesthetic evokes a world’s fair where electricity, glass, and steel promised to bring nature into the modern city.
