An expression that supposedly means “an egg sucking cow that dances”. A comical way of insulting someone usually without any real ill intent.
Mary plays a practical joke on Sue. Sue fell for it and now she's feeling embarrassed
Sue: You... you... damn you're an eggle-hoffing moo cha-cha. That's what you are!
Mary: Haha! What did you just call me?
