The skeletal, older-woman hands that appear on young girls, such as Lindsay Lohan, when they abuse drugs, don't get enough sleep, and toy with eating disorders. The end result is that the metacarpals of the girl's hands are more obvious than they should be. May be combined with nicotine-staining and/or freckles.
