When something or someone is ghetto and classy at the same time, such as a preppy, Catholic school girl that smokes weed with her friends on the weekends.
I think the Real Housewives of Atlanta are the true defintition of cletto. They're classy, socialite divas, but when the fight, they get all ghetto and you can tell where they come from! lol
