Using a descriptive word (adjective, e.g. tasty, delicious, spicy) pertaining to words most commonly used with describing food as a compliment.
"Your face is tasty"
"Why thank you for the nompliment"
As you can see here, said person is using 'tasty' to describe someone as being attractive.
