politics A person running (campainging) against the career, well financed politician, most often the already multi-termed incumbent who is generally unpopular, but whose endurance in office, despite multitudes of complaints, is legendary see: TEDDI KENNEDY. His (the encumbant's) bags of tricks are as large as the encumberring bags of looted taxes, illegal campaign contributions, and amassed-in-office personal wealth. All elections end, but the non-incumbent's complaning continues (ala: Al Gore).
1. We have not heard the end of the last election's camplaigner, the democrats.
2. Its mid-Septmber and the complaining and whining have already started. Usually the 'CAMPLAINER' does start until October in election years.
