Thigh Boogers form between the upper thighs of women while walking in outfits that allow the skin of the thighs to touch, usually during the absence of panty hose. The skin in the inner thigh area rubs together until small specks resembling boogers form. No scaring or pain is involved and goes unnoticed by most. Found more often in warmer climates, and the residue is sometimes found on toilet seats.
"Gosh, I wish woman would check the toilet seats for thigh boogers before they leave the bathroom stale"
"Jenny needs to loose some weight. She's leaving thigh boogers all over her chair!"
