A mp3 player that holds a lot of music. The problem here is that many poeple don't realise the alternative options out there. Many people usually say they feel cheap. OK. Just because it uses SOLID STATE MEMORY WHICH IS LIGHTER THAN ANY HARD DRIVE and uses plastic doesn't make it a piece of shit. Hey did you hear of these new fangled "buttons" that are touch sesitive like the iPod's wheel? Oh Lets not mention the fact that i could get a 2 gig zen or a 1 gig shuffle for the same price and the zen has a speaker!!! One more thing, Creative is THE BIGGEST name in computer sound.
Having to use iTunes is bs. LET ME USE MY FARKING WINAMP!
Heres one, the cord having a "special" end that only a trip to walmart can get me a new one, not one of those cords i have plenty of.
As for the higher up models $2-300, your right. A zen has less storage than the iPod. Yet I can hold more higher quality video because of DIVX and XVID compatability.
Never in my life have i ran into an aac file. Can your ipod play OGG/Vorbis?
If you need a calendar or notes or know the time constantly and can't ask someone "what time is it?", get a palm pilot.

An overpriced Operating system that is based off FreeBSD. Mac users are uncomfortable with the fact of taking care of computers and so they continually bash windows for the usual crashes, virues and the likes, even though, to most compitent PC users, these are hard to come by unless you use a buggy program or look at excessive amounts of porn.
Saying Mac OS X is safe because its unix based very retarded. Why? Solaris 10 is secure and Unix based. Plus IT'S FREE, so if you wanted a secure OS, Solaris already has a 1-up on OS X.
Regaurding the retarded poster about shitty x86 machines, stfu. x86 is the 32-bit instruction set that is put on ALL modern processors, along with the 64-bit set.
The only reason for ever using Mac OS is well, there isn't one unless your a professional graphic art designer. Both Windows and linux have very good software for audio, photo and video editing and they have games. Plus, they are compatible with almost all PC hardware with Linux being also avalable for the nintendo ds that uses the ARM 9 & 7 processors.
Son now that Linux and Windows are able to suit most PC users, why would anyone use a Mac? They have nothing special about them. Nothing. Not one dam thing. A brand of computers made by apple inc. People tend to buy these pieces of shit because 1. they are retarded at using a computer. 2. Since they are retarded, they have never heard of FREEWARE, so they think that graphic editing is exclusive for mac. 3. They can't take care of a computer worth a flying fuck (open the case and see how much dust has built up), so they blame simple PEBKAC on moronic claims. Now that they have one, they try (and fail miserably) at defending themselves for their own stupidity. They say that mac is innovative (a word they probably don't even know) and try to sound like they know stuff about computers. An easy way to spot this is to ask if nVidia cards work on macs. Because of their lack of computer skills and poor choice of pc, they bash windows and linux users and fail because most people take care of their computer, thereby leading to less problems. They try to claim that macs are the best yet, both windows and linux based pcs' are: faster, more reliable, have assloads of apps, lower prices, are easily upgradeable (and yeah update and upgrade are different so stfu you ignorant POS) and they do believe it or not just work like macs do. Oh and the facts on the mac page at apple are wrong. Considering that fact that 802.11n has been in draft for quite a while and my computer has astonishing speed too. Have you heard of SATA2 which is a high speed hard drive connection?
