Burbble

The act of one's bubble bursting when receiving bad news and/or having hopes dashed or the act of bursting someone else's bubble. It is a contraction of "burst bubble". Can also be used as an expression of disappointment when being rejected or turned down.

Not to be confused with burble or burbbled

He was wrong, so I had to burbble him
