I thought I'd give it a try...
What Emo Is And Some History.
Emo is short for emotive hardcore. It's a DIY music style (not a shitty fashion) that started in the 80's. Emo follows (but is not restricted to) the lines of hardcore. Hardcore is a subgenre of punk, therefore, so is emo. The first emo band is often credited to Rites Of Spring. They played with hardcore punk rock energy (as the members were previously involved with hardcore bands) and lots of emotion through their performance and with their audience. Their lyrics seem to have important views about life and a sense of deepness.
"Emo" As A Term.
The term "emo" was generated as an insult to people in the hardcore scene that liked these bands. An emo band's performance on stage (can include crying/moaning/etc. their lyrics and various other events) probably made them look "weaker" to the hardcore kids, which is (why I think) "emo" was directed as an insult.
What Screamo is.
Screamo has evolved from emo. This music style invloves more screaming and often has more melodic breakdowns. Screamo is still emo, therefore follows its guidelines.
What Emo Is Not.
Emo is not short for emotional. Emo is not a fashion. Emo is not "XxXxXxXOMMMFFGZZZZ IM LYKE, SO DEPRESSED!XxXxX!!!1!!111 IM GONNA SLIT MY WRISTZZZZZZZ...LOL..XxXxXxX" Emo was not mainstream (because it was DIY). Emo has nothing to do with being depressed, shitty metaphors, or suicide. Emo is not whiney, bullshit music sung by pubescent males that ...
One funny old school nick toon. First aired in September 18, 1993 and last episode on Novemeber 24, 1996. There are four seasons with 52 episodes.
It features Rocko (a young wallaby from Australia who moves to the U.S), Spunky(Rocko's dog), Filbert (Rocko's turtle friend who works in a comic shop), Heffer (Rocko's steer friend and adopted by wolves), and Mr. And Mrs. Bighead (Rocko's frog neighbors). The show is about Rocko dealing with everyday things in his "modern" life.
Sadly, the show was cancelled. However, you can still watch re-runs on channel 126 with digital cable.
Filbert: Turn the page, wash your hands, turn the page, wash your hands...

Singer that after reaching a high popularity, she let's her fellow friend fall and doesn't even extend a helping hand during a performance with her singing group, Destiney's Child.
Has an alright singing voice that annoys everybody alot and now has a lot of meaningless songs tooken seriously.
Something impossible to achieve because everyone has their own beliefs and thoughts.
World peace would screw up the economy.
An annoying remark to piss you off. Don't let it. Come back with something to make them speechless.
Guy: So what are you doing today?
Annoying Kid: Your mom!
Guy: Yeah, well your mom has herpes, tell her I'm sorry.
Annoying Kid: ...
Moving at a highly high speed.
"Ass, we're hauling ass." - Rat Race
An expensive, overpriced, small mp3 playing device that can store a large capacity of mp3s. I'd find them useless, seeing as I can't even think of 1/10 the amount of songs you're able to put into it.
Some Guy: Yeah, I just got another new ipod.
Me: Yeah, good luck with that...
