Something so epically dreary and boring that it is remembered just for being so non-memorable. While the rain in Seattle is nice after a hot summer, by the end of spring the continuous downpour becomes legendreary.

i.e. When a friend, girlfriend, wife, etc nags until she gets what she wants. (or boyfriend, husband, etc.) "I wanted to stay home last night, but my wife nagotiated her way into going out to dinner."
