A sissy dear is unlike anyone else in your life. Deriving from the root word sis, it implies having a relation with another female. The word dear is used as a term of endearment, even though sometimes sissy dears get in fights over silly things, like who should've won the latest Survivor season. But, sissy dears love to motivate and encourage each other, like complimenting each others' girlish figures. Sissy dears have inseparable bonds that can stretch over seas if necessary.
