A chat-roulette predator, known to target male teenagers while "ruffly" playing with himself. You've probably ran into him at some point. He has been know to alternate between use of dimly lit rooms, his living room sofa, and his computer chair.

Dude, that guy was a huge Ruffino, he just laughed at me while playing with himself.
