Verb :To instantly be discharged forcefully and abundantly part or all of the contents of the stomach through the mouth, usually in a series of involuntary spasmic movements.

usually unexpected and not as painfull as a regular puke.

I just insta-puked in the back of his car , maybe we should take off before he gets back.
