Somebody who spends all of their time socializing with their extensive selection of friends, and constantly remind you about the fact that they have a large amount of friends and how all of their friends think they are amazing, even though the majority, or all, of their popularity is in their head. May be linked to delusion.
Person 1: "I'm going out with all of my friends, they all love me. They all say I'm the coolest guy they know."
Person 2: "Calm down Mr. Popular"
