A way to describe someone who usually wears athletic clothes that appear three sizes too large and 40 years old and suddenly switches to dress clothes, often in bright colours and patterns. They appear to be a door-to-door salesperson who sells nothing but fancy pens to bored mothers waiting for Avon.
