A tard hired by a retailer to collect shopping carts. Derogatory term for same. Note: although this description is based on people with various developmental disabilities, it should be understood that they are generally working to the best of their abilities and are therefore blameless. This term is best applied to allegedly normal people who are severely underachieving.
I couldn't find anything carry my stuff because the cart tard was too busy picking his nose for a snack.

A mommy in a thong. Typically in her late teens or early twenties, unmarried and still hot. Thong mommies dress the same way they did before pregnancy, e.g., tight baby doll tee, navel piercing, back tattoo and low rider pants with a thong showing.
"Thong mommy" is a new millenium take on the "welfare mother"; thong mommies are usually clueless about the harsh realities of life. To thong mommies, life is a party and a baby is a cool accessory.
