Fake Virginia, as opposed to the real virginia or real america. synonymous with NOVA, but with a more condescending connotation. FOVA has Virginias best schools, most educated population, is almost entirely liberal and pays for the large majority of the the Virginia state budget. An elitist area with organic markets, condos, parks and a starbucks every where you look. A wonderful place to live.

A form of running involving going very short distances in very small amounts of time. Sprinters are people who are athletic, but lack the balls to run farther then 400 meters at a time.
