Stealth Geek is a geek who processes more information, on average, in a better way, despite the fact the knowledge he processes isn't necessarily useful. The fact someone is a geek is "Stealthed" until someone within earshot of the "Stealth Geek" mentions video games, PCs, consoles, software, roleplaying games or some other such "uncool" item, at which point the "Stealth Geek" drops "Stealth Mode" and his geekiness spews out.
Most "Stealth Geeks" fit in with the popular crowd and bash geeks who don't seem "cool" right off the bat, at least initially.

Dino Crisis, originally trying to capitalise on the success of the Survival Horror genre, failed.
You are Regina (no last name given). You work for a government agency (no name given) who has sent you to infiltrate Ibis Island (whose name was only told in the ending, as far as I can recall). Gail and Rick (no last names that I heard) are your teammates on the mission, which is to infiltrate the island, find Dr. Kirk (a scientist who was presumably dead but has supposedly resurfaced on the island), and get him back to your home country (again, no name given).
A lot of people use Dino Crisis to mock-threaten people on some gaming-oriented IRC servers because of it's horrid reputation.

Ahoy hoy was previously a term to greet or get the attention of small sloop-rigged coasting ship or a heavy barge used for freight.

In the 1870's, inventor and Scottish born Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone. Bell's preferred salutation, Ahoy-hoy was derived from the nautical term above.
It really gained popularity when Mr. Burns used it on the Simpsons a few seasons ago, but the internet has adapted it for use as a common greeting. It's commonly spelled Ahoi hoi online.
