Bitchpatcher is a term for a dispatcher who is a bitch and who works in the bitchpatch office instead of the dispatch office. I cannot believe the behavior and attitude of the bitchpatcher that handeled the call when I phoned 911. I hate to think that they pay that cunt a salary.
